• We had a leak from an old shower that was marking a downstairs ceiling. Darren quickly diagnosed the problem that a drainage joint had come loose under the floor. He managed to lift a section of the floor and fix the problem. He put the flooring back and tidied everything. Fantastic job, thank you Darren.

• Excellent service replacing a dated, unreliable toilet. Darren showed me a brochure of bathroom toilets they could purchase locally and fit same day. In the space of a few hours, I had new toilet fitted with no damage to my tiled floor or walls. Fantastic service!

• Fantastic service, very pleased with everything. Our boiler broke down with an error light and simply would not come on. I was panicking it would take days to get an engineer out but OnPoint arrived within 3 hours of calling them. 2 hours later and my boiler was back working again.
